Bar and Bat Mitzvah Favors

The Rosenbergs are planning Noah's bar mitzvah for Saturday, November 14: services in the morning, then a party that night for 180 guests, about 55 of them his friends from seventh grade. His mom wants the kids to leave with something they will use and the adults to take home something with his name and the date on it. That usually means two favors from one piece of artwork, a keychain for the kids and a coaster for each adult at dinner. What families order for a bar or bat mitzvah

Pricing a guest list of 100 to 250

At 100 to 250 guests, nearly every item is priced at the 100 to 299 tier. Putting a leatherette coaster in front of all 180 of Noah's guests costs 180 at $2.99, or $538.20. Splitting the favors comes in a little lower: 55 double sided leatherette keychains for his friends at $5.19 is $285.45, and 125 cork coasters for the adults at $1.89 is $236.25, so $521.70 covers the whole room. Families with a shorter list should count carefully before ordering. Maya's bat mitzvah luncheon has 95 guests, and at that count can coolers are $4.29 each, or $407.55. Ordering 100 instead drops the price to $3.69 and the total to $369.00, which is $38.55 less and leaves five spares for the family.

The proof is free and comes by email, and no piece gets engraved until you sign off on it. Orders generally ship within 2 to 5 business days after approval.
