If the school has no clean artwork, plain text with the school name works too. A free digital proof arrives by email, and nothing is engraved until the parent group or the office signs off on it. Orders generally ship within 2 to 5 business days after proof approval, so approve it in April for gifts handed out the first full week of May. Since there is no minimum, a room parent can order a single pen to look over before the whole staff order goes in.
