Reunion and Gathering Gifts

The Hollis family books the same picnic shelter at the county park every July. By noon there are 60 people, four coolers, and a folding table of name tags. Put HOLLIS FAMILY REUNION 2026 on a leatherette can cozy and every cousin walks out holding the same thing to keep. Your group already has a name and a year, so most of the design decision is made before you open a file.

What reunion organizers order

• Leatherette can cozies: reunions are outdoor summer events, so this is the item people use a minute after they arrive. $4.29 each at 50 to 99 pieces, family name above the year.
• Metal keychains: chrome with the group name and the year cut into the metal, which suits a military unit reunion or a class year. $3.69 each at 100 to 299.
• Leatherette keychains: a softer look for a church gathering or a camp reunion, group name on one line and the year under it. $4.29 each at 50 to 99.
• Slim can coolers: sized for the 12 oz slim cans that turn up at every block party and annual picnic. $3.69 each at 100 to 299.
• Leatherette bar bottle openers: heavy enough to end up in a kitchen drawer after a company offsite or a homecoming weekend. $5.89 each at 50 to 99.
• Slate coasters: the one people set out at home, engraved with a crest, a unit insignia, or the letters from a fraternity or sorority reunion, plus the year.

The year is what makes people keep it

A reunion item is dated on purpose. The 2026 is why someone keeps the cozy after the 2027 one shows up. Most orders land between 50 and 150 pieces, your headcount plus spares for the people who bring a guest. Sixty cozies at $4.29 each is $257.40. Take the same order to 120 and the price drops to $3.69, so 120 cozies is $442.80. Check the break at 100 before you commit: 99 metal keychains at $4.29 is $424.71, while 100 at $3.69 is $369.00, so one more keychain takes $55.71 off the total. 150 keychains for a class reunion is $553.50.

How it works

Upload your artwork on the product page or email it to orders@businessbulk.net. A logo, a crest, a unit patch, or plain text with the group name and the year all work, and your own monogram is fine. You get a free digital proof by email showing the engraving at size, and nothing runs on the machine until you approve it. Orders generally ship within 2 to 5 business days after that. There is no minimum, so you can buy one cozy first and hold it before you order 120. Everything is engraved in house by a small team in the Bay Area, California, and approved artwork stays on file, so next year is one email.

Send your headcount and your year to the quote page and you get pricing back with the tier breaks laid out. If the group is still deciding what to hand out, the full range is at all products.
