Artwork can be uploaded on the product page or emailed to orders@businessbulk.net, and plain text is enough: the name, the years, and a line the family chooses. A symbol they loved, such as a fishing fly, a rose, a cross, or a simple drawing by a grandchild, can sit beside the words. If the family is unsure what to say, write to us and we can help with the wording. A free digital proof comes by email so everyone can check each letter and date, and we engrave nothing until you approve it. Once the proof is approved, orders generally ship within 2 to 5 business days. We have no minimum, so a family that needs only five keepsakes can order five. Each piece is engraved in house by a small team in the Bay Area, California. The approved design is kept on file, so relatives who ask for more later can have matching pieces.
