Custom Engraved Party Favors

The last twenty minutes of a party tell you what worked. Guests grab one thing on the way out, and most of it is in a drawer or a recycling bin by Tuesday. Engraved favors go the other way. A coaster with a name and a date on it stays on a coffee table. A keychain goes straight onto a keyring in the parking lot. You are buying one small object per guest, so it has to be cheap at 60 pieces and good enough that nobody leaves it behind.

What party hosts hand out

• Leatherette coasters: $3.59 each at 50 pieces, $2.99 at 100. A name and a date fill the face without crowding. The default for anniversary parties and baby showers.
• Metal keychains: $4.29 each at 50 pieces. The engraving is cut into the metal, so it does not wear off in a pocket. The usual pick for graduation and retirement parties.
• Leatherette keychains: also $4.29 at 50 pieces. The engraving comes out light against the dark surface, which reads well for a quinceanera or a sweet sixteen.
• Metal keychain bottle openers: $4.29 each at 50 pieces. It does an actual job, so it stays on the keyring. The one for a bachelorette or a housewarming.
• Cork coasters: $2.29 each at 50 pieces and $1.89 at 100, the lowest price per guest on this page. Use it when the headcount runs past 80.
• Slim can coolers: $4.29 each at 50 pieces, sized for the tall slim cans that seltzer and canned cocktails come in. Good for a summer birthday or an outdoor holiday party.

Price per guest at 50 to 100 pieces

Most party orders land between 50 and 100 pieces, where the price per guest starts to move. Sixty leatherette coasters at $3.59 each is $215.40. Fifty metal keychains at $4.29 each is $214.50. Then look at 100. At 99 pieces the leatherette coaster is $3.59 each, or $355.41. At 100 it drops to $2.99 each, or $299.00, so the larger order is $56.41 cheaper. Cork behaves the same way: 99 pieces at $2.29 is $226.71 and 100 pieces at $1.89 is $189.00. If the headcount for a milestone birthday or a bridal shower is in the 90s, order 100 and keep the extras for the office party.

How it works

Send artwork by upload on the product page or by email to orders@businessbulk.net. Most party favors need only a name, a date, and one simple shape. Your own monogram or logo design is welcome. We email a free digital proof and nothing is engraved until you approve it. After approval, orders generally ship within 2 to 5 business days. There is no minimum, so you can order one piece before committing to 80. Everything is engraved in house by a small team in the Bay Area, California, and your approved file stays on record so a reorder is one email.

Tell us the occasion, the headcount, and the wording, and we will send pricing and a proof. Start on the quote page or browse everything at all products.
