These terms govern your use of www.businessbulk.net and your purchases of BusinessBulk custom engraved products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Questions? Email orders@businessbulk.net.

Using the store

You may use this site to browse and purchase products for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other customers' information, or submit false or misleading information.

Products and pricing

We work to keep product information, pricing, and quantity discounts accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. Prices and product availability can change without notice.

Your artwork

When you upload or send a logo, artwork, text, or any other content for engraving, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including any trademarks it contains. You are responsible for the content you submit. You keep ownership of your artwork; you grant us permission to reproduce it solely to prepare your proof and produce your order.

Digital proofs and approval

Every order includes a free digital proof. Nothing is engraved until you approve your proof, so please review it carefully - spelling, layout, and artwork quality included. Once you approve, production begins and further changes may no longer be possible; if you spot a problem after approving, contact us immediately and we will tell you what can still be adjusted.

Production and shipping

Orders generally ship within 2-5 business days after proof approval. Ship times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, transit time is outside our control, and upgraded shipping speeds up carrier service but does not create a guaranteed delivery date. See our Shipping page.

Returns and order problems

Because every item is custom engraved, we do not accept returns or exchanges - see our Returns page. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof, contact us at orders@businessbulk.net and we will work with you to make it right.

Our content

The content of this site - text, photos, and design - belongs to BusinessBulk or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. This does not affect ownership of artwork you submit, which remains yours.

Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and checkout and payment are provided through Shopify and its payment processors, whose own terms apply to those services. We also operate a storefront on Etsy; purchases made there are governed by Etsy's terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusinessBulk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page and applies to orders placed after it is posted.
