What we collect
When you place an order, request a quote, contact us, subscribe to emails, or submit a review, you share information with us: your name, email address, shipping address, and the contents of your message or order. Because our products are custom engraved, you may also upload logos or artwork; those files are collected through our upload tool and used to produce your order.
Like most online stores, we also receive basic order, device, and browsing information generated when you use the site (for example pages visited, cart contents, and approximate location from your IP address).
Payments
Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled through Shopify's secure checkout and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use information
- To produce and ship your order, including preparing your free digital proof from the artwork you provide
- To respond to quote requests and support messages
- To send order updates, and marketing emails only if you subscribed (unsubscribe any time via the link in the email)
- To understand how the store is used, through analytics
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store: Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment processors, our shipping carriers, and the upload service that receives your artwork files. We also sell on Etsy; customer reviews shown on this site include reviews collected through our Etsy storefront. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies set through Shopify, together with analytics and pixel technologies configured in our Shopify store. These support core store functions such as the cart, checkout and security, along with performance measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. We will update this section if the technologies used on the store change.
Retention and security
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. Artwork files are kept so we can reproduce past orders on request. Information is stored in systems protected by Shopify's platform security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email orders@businessbulk.net and we will respond, usually within one business day.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page.
