Where should I send my image after ordering?

Upload your logo or artwork directly on the product page after selecting the required product options. You may also send it through our Contact Page or email it to orders@businessbulk.net. We will have a mock up made for your review before moving forward with the engravings. Please keep an eye out for those mock ups.

How does the process work?

Step 1: Choose the products of your choice in our shop and checkout. *Free shipping on orders over $100.*

Step 2: You upload your image on the product page, Contact Page or send us your image via email to orders@businessbulk.net.

Step 3: We create mock ups of the items you purchased with your logo and send the mock ups to you via email. You approve or request changes to the mock ups.

Step 4: Once we have your approval we move forward with engravings and have the items shipped out to you!

How long does the process take?

We will have mock ups made and sent for your review asap. Orders generally ship within 2–5 business days after proof approval. That timeframe begins once you approve your proof, and shipping transit time is separate from production time. Larger orders and rush deadlines should be discussed with us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.

There is an event coming up, can you have the item(s) delivered by a certain date?

Yes, most likely. All orders are shipped with ground shipping, please message us for priority or express shipping quotes. Please reach out to us if you have a specific deadline you would need us to meet, to ensure we can meet those expectations.
