What raffle and contest organizers order

• Set of 6 leatherette coasters with holder: six coasters and a matching holder at $21.29 per set for 10 sets. Use it when a fundraiser drawing or a charity event needs two or three prizes of the same weight.
• Leatherette coaster bottle openers: a coaster with an opener built into the edge, $5.19 each at 10 pieces. The second place prize at a poker night or a chili cookoff.
• Credit card bottle openers: flat steel that sits in a wallet, $6.29 each at 10 pieces. Winners actually carry this one, which also makes it a good customer giveaway at a booth.

Priced for 10 to 50 pieces, not 500

Prize orders are small, and the pricing is built for that. Ten sets of 6 leatherette coasters run $21.29 per set, or $212.90 for all ten. Twelve sets of 4 slate coasters in bamboo holders run $21.79 per set, or $261.48. Cross 25 sets and the slate drops to $21.39, so 25 sets is $534.75, enough for a monthly sales contest for two years. Single pieces work the same way. Twenty four credit card bottle openers at $6.29 come to $150.96, and 40 leatherette coaster bottle openers at $4.69 come to $187.60.

How it works

Send artwork through the upload on the quote page or email it to orders@businessbulk.net. A logo, an event name, a year, or your own design all engrave the same way. You get a free digital proof back by email showing the layout at size, and nothing is engraved until you approve it. Orders generally ship within 2 to 5 business days after that approval. Order one single piece first if you want to hold the prize before bingo night. Everything is engraved in house at our small shop in the Bay Area, California, and approved artwork stays on file, so next year is one email.
