I am a hospice nurse and I ordered keychains for the co workers of mine that cared for my mom when she passed. Ryan contacted me and asked if I was willing to let him make me something in honor of my mom- as a gift. ❤️ He sent me a beautiful slate sign/hanger that brought me to tears. The keychains I ordered are beautiful as well and I can’t wait to give them to my mom’s nurses and aides. Thank you, Ryan, for your sincere kindness. I can’t tell you what that meant. Classy! Good looking item. Conveys quality. Not a typical band merch option, but definitely makes an impression. One-sided branding only (back is smooth metal like the rim). Logo has a slightly gritty texture to the touch but doesn't rub off. Black inlay is smooth. Keychain is lightweight but doesn't feel cheap. Metal really catches the light and is easy to spot at a distance. Solid promotional item. Seller provided proofs quickly with three logo sizing recommendations. For the size, a large / bold logo presents better than a more modest logo IMO.

I was shocked and amazed at how great this order went. I ordered and sent over the logo and got three mockup options within 30 minutes, and they produced and shipped the same day. The laser etching on the black slate stone makes the artwork really pop. I like that I had three size options for my company logo. When you have people say “nice, where did you get that, and can I have one?” You know you have a product that people want. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service and amazing product.

This is the second time I've ordered these coasters. We give them out as a quarterly gift; a small token of appreciation for a selected team member's efforts. As far as customer service, gotta give an A+ because they maintain records of previous orders, and I didn't have to go into great detail on design again.
